Process
- Whip the fresh cream and prepare the fruit.
- Layer the cake sponge and cream, then pipe to shape.
- Decorate freely with fruit, cream, ribbons, etc.

📅 Date & Time: Various dates and times available, please select from the options. This is a 2-person, 1-cake class; one person should book for the pair. (If each person wants to make their own cake, please inquire in advance.)
⏳ Duration: Approximately 60 minutes
📍 Location: Pattrong Baking Studio (5-minute walk from Seokchon Gobun Station, Subway Line 9)
👤 Age: Elementary school and above – for younger students, please contact the studio in advance.
🅿️ Parking: 5–6 spaces available; please contact the studio if coming by car.

- Entry opens 10 minutes before class starts; if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the class cannot be completed and refunds are not available.

Join this one-day class to make your own fresh Strawberry or Mango Cream Cake with 100% fresh cream. Even beginners can enjoy creating a cake from sponge to decoration step by step under the guidance of our owner-chef and assistant instructor. Decorate freely and take your cake home to gift to someone special or enjoy it as a sweet memory with your date or friends. Enjoy a different cake experience each season with seasonal fruits!
