Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Algemene Toegang. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that you can be assigned a seat. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted to the show, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), you can be sure that we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, you can contact us, quoting your ticket ID.
