DIVE invites visitors to Belgium's first experience center for digital arts. A brand new multiroom venue of no less than 4,000 square meters where imagination meets innovation and every pixel fuels inspiration. Once home to Cinema Majestic, with 60,000 light bulbs illuminating the silver screen. Today, state-of-the-art digital technologies come together to bring Klimt's artworks to life.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Categorie A – zitplaatsen (voor), Categorie B – zitplaatsen (midden) and Categorie C – staanplaatsen (achter). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?

This experience takes place indoors, in an air-conditioned space.
Will food and drink be sold at the venue?
You can buy drinks during the event, but these are not included in the ticket price.
Is there parking nearby?
You can find private car parks near the venue, but it is also very easy to reach by public transport from the city centre.
Will extra sessions be added?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any dates will be added other than those visible on the website. Please check the event page regularly for available dates and confirmed times.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience. Casual clothing is perfectly fine.
Is there interaction with the artists?
Although the musicians will engage and involve the audience, this does not necessarily mean direct interaction before or after the performance. You can lose yourself in the show by simply enjoying it and taking it all in!
Do I need to arrive on time?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time on your ticket, so that we can seat you calmly and you can head to the bar before the show begins if you wish.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please note: categories A and B are seated, while category C is standing only.
Are there toilets available?
There are toilets at the venue. Ask our staff on site for directions.
