Secret London Session: SUP Yoga

Secret London are proud to launch #SecretLondonSessions; a series of events for all loyal Secret London readers! They're kicking off the series with #SecretFitness and are partnering up with the delicious plant-based brand Alpro! On the day, they'll be holding one of the first SUP (stand-up paddle board) yoga events at a secret aquatic location in London. Yeaaah buoy! Alpro will also be hosting a delicious plant-based smoothie pop up bar where guests can enjoy their choice of fruit and veg-packed smoothies created with tasty drinks from the Alpro range. Headmasters will also be there at the waterside pop-up hair station, sweeping up your barnet into the best fitness 'dos, as well as providing tips on pre- and post-workout hair. Superdry will also be providing complimentary gift and flip flops for guests - so you'll be lookin' fly and feeling dry after your SUP Yoga sesh.
