What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth — your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on view quality; seats are assigned at the entrance, first-come first-served, within your selected zone.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, the experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests may take photos and record after the final verdict, without flash and mindful of others.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (best visibility) and Zone B (great visibility).
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
No, tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges to another date/time are permitted up to 48 hours before the show, subject to availability, by contacting support.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge, via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass after purchasing a ticket, by contacting support with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).
Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or your confirmation email QR code. No printing required — it's validated via the app on arrival.

Is there an age requirement?
Yes, 12+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and require a ticket.
When should I arrive? What if I'm late?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start time. No late entry is permitted, as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.

Is there parking? Are restrooms available?
There are a few parking options nearby; the Inman Park Marta Station is a 10-15 minute walk. On-site restrooms are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Are service animals allowed? Can I bring outside food?
Service animals are welcome; no other pets. Outside food or beverages are not permitted, and smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the venue.

- They played with my emotions a little bit by using Alex the nurse on a bicycle 😭 (I don't know if you know what I mean) 😔. But I still didn't use my emotions to decide. He was not guilty. The other driver who was taking his son to the hospital was!!!!
