What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones depending on the visibility you prefer. At this venue we have Premium, A, B, C, and D zones.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the corresponding documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Salón de Espejos of the Park Hyatt Mendoza, located at calle Chile 1124, M5500, Ciudad de Mendoza, Argentina.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located in the downtown area of the city and there are several alternatives for getting there by public transportation. Take precautions for the traffic congestion that may occur in the area.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the concert so that you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert will begin at the scheduled time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed to enter the venue building or the show, so we suggest you take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is food served?
The venue does not sell food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have access for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue has access to all areas for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
