The concert was great!! The musicians are extremely talented and you could tell they really enjoyed playing the music for the audience. I can’t wait to experience another concert.

Everything we expected and then some! We will definitely seek out future concerts at other venues.

The -performance was delightful. I would without reservation recommend the perfuming artists and the venue.

Great concert, that was my first Candlelight and it's a very nice experience! Talented musicians and I loved that they all spoke to introduce the songs and made the event quite lively.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to purchase). Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the show (minus a 10% fee for refunds). Without it, you can still exchange your ticket for a different date or time up to 48 hours before the event.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drink is available for purchase, and outside food or drink is not permitted inside the venue.

Is parking available?

Street parking is available in the area, but we recommend using public transport or ridesharing.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?

This optional add-on offers a photo experience exclusive to guests who purchase it: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). Your photo is taken before the show and printed during the concert for pickup at the exit; the QR code confirming your purchase arrives in a separate email. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” at the venue?

Yes, subject to availability, but customers who purchase it online in advance get priority over on-site purchases, which only accept credit cards (no cash).

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated point at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to that specific date and venue, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
