What can I expect from the event?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become a juror. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth: your vote will decide the fate of the defendant.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, in a climate-controlled venue.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 60-75 minutes.

How do I take part in the voting?

Scan the QR code displayed on site with your smartphone to be taken to the voting page. Most cameras can read QR codes; if yours can't, use Google Lens or a scanning app. Staff will also be on hand to assist you.

Will there be chairs? Can I sit down during the event?

Yes, the event is seated and each guest has an assigned seat.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, as long as you don't disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, this event does not use strobe light effects.

Is there a dress code?

No, but watch out for mirrored floors in some rooms.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

No.

Will there be virtual reality?

No, this experience does not include virtual reality.

About tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) and on the Fever website.

Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?

No, tickets are only available on the Fever app or website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, for free: send the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with your order number.

Do I need to print the ticket?

No. The ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same email and password you used to make the purchase); the QR code is also in the confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

Look for it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the account you used to make the purchase. If you still can't find it, contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Changing the date and time is allowed until 48 hours before the start of the experience, subject to availability. Refunds are not permitted in any circumstances.

Are there any tickets for companions/caregivers?

Yes. People who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion: show a document certifying the need upon arrival.
