I cannot even begin to describe the "Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons". It was one of the most incredible concerts I have ever been to! It was truly amazing and beautiful, the lighting was done by only candles, over 3000 of them! If you ever get the chance to attend and experience one, I STRONGLY encourage it! It was romantic, invigorating, beautiful, and calming all at the same time. Truly an experience I will treasure and remember forever!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are available for Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except for tickets purchased with the Flexible Refund option. For more details, check our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
On selected events, you can add a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. To use it, contact us up to 48 hours before the show starts — no documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving with plenty of time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before the show; once it starts, no entry is permitted. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone — the concert begins on time, and no late entry is allowed under any circumstances.

The concert takes place at the Community Church of Vero Beach, 1901 23rd St, Vero Beach, FL. The venue is centrally located and accessible by bus, rideshare, walking, or personal vehicle.

Parking is limited, so using a rideshare service is recommended.

No — for everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
