Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Nice smaller venue. The musicians were fantastic.

The music was incredible and in a beautiful space! The only thing that could have enhanced the experience is if the room were darker so the candles could create an even more dynamic atmosphere

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What different ticket types are available?

There are three zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).

How long does the experience last and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive 45 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Where does the experience take place?

Indoors, with assigned seating, at the WellCome OM Integral Healing & Education Center in Spring Hill.

Is there food or drink available?

Alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are served at the event.

Is parking available?

Yes, free self-parking is available on-site.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us for more information.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, this venue is ADA-accessible.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
