How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Queen vs. The Beatles in Majorca lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Will there be food and drink service at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.

No, you won't be able to get your tickets at the physical box office or at the entrance to Poble Espanyol de Mallorca. To secure your spot, you must purchase your tickets through the Fever app or official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We have various areas priced according to visibility and closeness to the stage. Our staff will seat you as you arrive at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca, strictly following the order of arrival and the zone of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!
Can tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. The Beatles be gifted?
Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca?
You can get your photo at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca using a card as long as there are free passes. We recommend booking it online when buying your ticket to secure your spot, as those bookings have priority over in-box-office sales.
When will I receive the photo?
Decide which photo you like best before it goes to paper. It will be all ready for you at the end of the concert. Make sure to pick it up before you leave, as it won't be possible to keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Queen vs. The Beatles in Majorca?
Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll be guided to the photo area right after you enter Poble Espanyol de Mallorca. If you need help, just ask our staff, and they'll point you in the right direction.
Is there parking available at Poble Espanyol de Mallorca?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
Are pets or animals allowed in Poble Espanyol de Mallorca? What about service animals?
Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.
