What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
Are seats numbered?
No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select. Front Row (best), Zone A (Row B–F), Zone B (Row G–K), Zone C (Row L–Q).
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, after the final verdict. Please be mindful of others and performers, avoiding the use of flash.

How do I find my ticket?
No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Log in with the same account used to purchase.
Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
No refunds. Exchanges permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us directly with your ticket ID.
Where can I buy tickets?

When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start. No late entry is permitted.
Is there an age requirement?
12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and requires a ticket.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all performance spaces, restrooms, and parking are ADA compliant. Wheelchair-accessible seats are on Row G (first row of Zone B). Assistive Listening Devices are also available — visit the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the show.
Is there parking?
Parking is free in Lot D1 starting one hour before the show.
What facilities are at the venue?
