Yes. The venue is ADA compliant, with an accessible entrance and restroom. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@feverup.com.

Limited street parking is available around the museum. We suggest one of these four parking lots within walking distance of the History Center: 11th and Smallman Street Lot, Convention Center Garage, Grant Street Transportation Center Garage and 13th and Smallman Street Lot. Please note that these lots are not owned by the Heinz History Center and the cost of parking varies with demand and special events. During the week, parking is available at many garages and on the street, which is limited. ParkPGH.org offers a map of the area's parking garages with real-time updates on available spaces.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
