Description
Our retreat will feature keynote speakers (cancer and nutrition, hormones), as well as an organic lunch (catered by Le Truff Noir),a live band, and multiple vendors. Our signature activities include Reiki, yoga, pilates, meditation, massage, tea blending, juice mixology, and stretch classes. We also have Bonsai making, beaded bracelets, mosaics, and coloring. We are planning to introduce some biohacking stations this year, including sauna/infrared, PEMF, braintap, compression therapy, and vibroacoustic therapy.
