Music was awesome! The atmosphere was beautiful! However, people need to remember their social graces. Talking during the performance, popping gum, tapping on things etc. is totally unacceptable. Be respectful of the people around you. Be mindful of your behavior as not to disturb others. If people have to shhh you or give you dirty looks…just accept it and move on.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you hold a Flexible Refund Ticket. Check our T&Cs for more details.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience, available for selected events.
How do I get a refund with a Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show.

How do I get to the venue?
The closest bus stop is Elysian Fields Ave. at Dauphine St. Driving or rideshare apps are recommended.

There is limited parking available in the lot.
Is there food or drinks available?
No, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Zone A, with amazing visibility; Zone B, with great visibility; and Zone C, with good visibility.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
