The show was amazing !!!

Incredible concert!

Had a wonderful time. A great date night.

We loved the show. My only complaint would be the parking. It said on the FAQ that parking was available but there was no indication where. We drove around for a half hour before we were able to locate a place to park. Some guidance on parking would have been greatly appreciated. Other than that it was a wonderful evening.

Can I change my ticket?

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

There is very limited street parking, so we recommend rideshare. There are also paid parking lots a few blocks away from the venue.

This event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

How long does the event last?

The event lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
