Candlelight brings the soundtracks of the most beautiful Christmas films to the Senftöpfchen Theater in Köln. A string quartet plays the melodies that many associate with December, surrounded by the light of hundreds of candles. 60 minutes of live music on an evening devoted entirely to the festive season.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Please send us the relevant proof via Fever's contact form and we will provide you with a voucher for your carer. This can then be redeemed when purchasing your ticket (subject to availability). Please note that you must show the standard ticket together with the carer's ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find further information in Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This policy only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another person.

There is a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please get in touch with us via Fever's contact form if you need to be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
We are no longer able to offer wheelchair-accessible spaces for these events. Unfortunately, the venue is not accessible and does not have accessible toilets.
Is there a car park?

What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in an area specially set up by us for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who purchase on site. Please note that we only accept card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. However, to make sure there's enough time for your photos to be taken, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll be able to choose which photos you'd like printed on site. Our team will then print your chosen photos for you to take home. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new photo experience slot.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about where the photo experience will take place. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests about this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, just get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
How are seats allocated?
You'll automatically be assigned the best possible seat within your chosen price zone. So that friends and family can sit together, all tickets should be purchased in a single order. Once seats have been assigned, they can't be changed afterwards or on site.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
