The experience takes place indoors, in a theatre.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What language is the trial in?
The trial is in French.
Will there be food and drinks for sale?
No food or drinks will be sold at the venue.
Will other sessions be added?
We cannot guarantee the addition of new dates. Please check the event page for confirmed availability.
Will there be any virtual reality (VR)?
No, this experience does not include virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code is required. Casual attire is perfectly fine.
Will there be interactions with performers?
Performers engage and immerse the audience, but there is no direct interaction. You will experience the trial through observation.

No, there is no box office on site. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

No, your ticket and its QR code are available in the Fever app under "Tickets" and in your confirmation email.

What is the refund policy?
Exchanges are allowed only if made at least 48 hours before the experience. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.

Do I need to arrive at the scheduled time?
Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to be seated in your booked zone. The trial starts on time, and late entry may not be permitted.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs, which are welcome.
