FAQs Frequently asked questions

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility). Zone C seats are split between the floor and the balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets can only be bought in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request one free caretaker pass. You must already have a valid ticket; contact Fever support for details.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Open the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and log in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability, by contacting Fever support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, as set out in the terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it for a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket that has been transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to get my refund?
None: no documentation is needed.
How do I request my refund?
Submit a refund request through Fever's support form.
Where is the concert taking place?
At the United Reformed Church, 100 W Main St, Somerville, NJ 08876.
How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or take a rideshare. The venue is also close to Somerville train station.
Is food or drink served?
No food or drink is allowed inside the venue. For places to eat or drink before or after the show, see Somerville's food and beverage guide.
Can I bring animals?
No, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Zones A and B are ADA accessible. Zone C is not.
Is there parking available?
Yes: Municipal Lot #1, behind the church, with its entrance on Davenport Street. Standard parking rates apply, but parking is free on Sundays and after 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A parking map is available on the Downtown Somerville website.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Yes, but only during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate it.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians signal it.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No. You must stay in your seat during the performance unless there is an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated: late arrivals are not admitted under any circumstances.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; the venue will try to accommodate groups.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, with the "Transfer Tickets" option on your ticket in the app. For help, contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of the event. Because each pack is tied to a specific Candlelight event, date and location, candle add-ons collected on site cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
