Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same account you used to purchase it (download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our terms and conditions for more information.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

How long does the event last?

The event lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Yes, drinks are available for purchase. Food is not served.

Is parking available?

Free parking is available on the grounds of Schloss Rahe.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant proof and we'll provide you with a voucher for your free carer ticket.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form in advance if a service animal will be accompanying you.

Does the venue have disabled access?

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please note that Pontstraße is cobblestoned, which may make access somewhat more difficult for wheelchair users and people using walking aids.
