The biggest rock anthems, played by a string quartet: this Candlelight concert brings the classics of rock history to the Theater im Delphi in Berlin, surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles. Familiar riffs and choruses take on an entirely new guise here, carried by strings instead of electric guitars.

Theater im Delphi 1

The Theater im Delphi is a venue with an extraordinary character. Forgotten for decades, the building, built in 1929 as a silent movie theater, was revived in 2012 as an international cultural center. Today, films, theater, dance, opera, concerts, performances and much more take place here.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C in the stalls, as well as tickets for zones A and B on the balcony.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via the Fever contact form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If so, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. Under no circumstances will a refund be possible. For more information, please see Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.

How do I get to the venue?
We recommend travelling by public transport. Stop (tram lines 12, 50, M1, M2, M13 | bus line 158): Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße. Stop (S-Bahn lines S2, S8, S41, S42, S85): Prenzlauer Allee.
Is food and drink available?
Drinks can be purchased on site at the bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out the Fever contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the theatre has accessible access for zones A and B, but not for the balcony.
Is there parking available?
There's no parking available. Please use the surrounding public car parks.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
