Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
It's an add-on (available on selected events) that lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend — up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. A refund covers the full ticket price except the 10% fee for the flexible option; an exchange gives you a voucher for the same experience only. Contact us here to request either one.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating according to your zone.
Is there food or drinks served?
No — food and beverages won't be served at the venue, though you're welcome to bring your own water.
Is there parking available?
There's paid street parking and nearby parkades in downtown Vancouver.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You must hold a valid ticket first — contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue has disability access. We advise arriving early and identifying yourself to staff to receive priority seating and assistance.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No — tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
Christ Church Cathedral is located at 690 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V6C 2L1, in downtown Vancouver. It's accessible by SkyTrain (closest station: Burrard) and by bus.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo package: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area before the show (the photo session closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), choose your favourite shot, and collect a printed polaroid-style picture at the exit. You'll get a QR code by separate email to validate with the photographer. Photos can also be bought on site — subject to availability and card payment only — but priority goes to those who purchase in advance online. No refunds are given except if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons, and pictures can't be reprinted or reissued if you leave without collecting them.
