👤 Age requirements: suitable for all ages! Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
♿ Accessibility: the experience is largely wheelchair accessible, except for two rooms that are only accessible by stairs and one room that contains a ball pit and a swing

Birthday Celebrations
⏳ You will have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes for your celebration
🎂 The birthday package includes 1 soft drink per guest
👥 Please remember that everyone entering the birthday room needs a valid “Birthday Ticket” (unless aged 2 and under). All participating adults need valid tickets, and children must always be supervised by an adult
👥 You may be able to add additional participants upon arrival, but this depends on availability on the day. It is recommended that you purchase all tickets in advance

Birthday FAQs:

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room and one soft drink per person.
• Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 15 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.
• When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets.
• All guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are aged 2 or under. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations; however, we do not permit any tape on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring in your own cake and drinks, although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite.
• In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room starts your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks.
• At the conclusion of the party, our host will personally escort you to the beginning of the Bubble Planet experience.
• Minors under 15 require adult supervision.
• Candles are NOT permitted inside the attraction due to fire regulations.
