Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything, just show your Fever ticket from your phone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Check our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need any extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
What is the flexible cancellation ticket? (available for selected events)
The flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user. No documentation is needed to make your claim, just contact us to get your ticket refunded.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Premium Front Row, as well as Zone B and Zone C.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please send us the relevant documentation.
Is there food or drink available?
There's a drinks catering service available on-site.
Is parking available?
The Casino-Palace car park offers around 250 spaces right by Grand Casino Lucerne, including EV charging and 24/7 access. Prices start at around CHF 3.50 per hour, with daily and monthly rates also available.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The gallery and the podium aren't wheelchair accessible for structural reasons. However, ground-level, low-barrier seating is available in the main room. Accessible restrooms are located outside the event space and can be used by guests.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out this form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before you arrive at the event.

Haldenstrasse 6, 6006 Lucerne.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: from Luzern train station it's a 5-10 minute walk along the lake, or you can take bus 6, 8, 24 or N3 to the Casino-Palace stop. By car: the address is Haldenstrasse 6, with parking available at the Casino-Palace garage.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash. Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for safety reasons all candles are flameless.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time, and the audience needs to be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you may be denied entry out of respect for the musicians' performance and the rest of the audience.
