Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry isn't allowed once it starts, so we recommend arriving early.
Find your seat
Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers the best visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and the Balcony good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play); log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is there food served?
Refreshments and snacks are available for purchase at the venue.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

There is limited street parking as well as several nearby lots, including but not limited to John Street Parking (E Lovell St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007).
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Because they are tied to a specific Candlelight event date and location, all online Candle 3-Pack purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once collected onsite; all sales are final.
