What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

Available for selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it is transferred to another person.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

There are four ticket types available: zone A, zone B, zone C and zone D.

Food is not permitted inside the hall.

No, the venue does not have its own parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance during the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying, then contact us with supporting documentation.
