What is "The Jury Experience"?
Experience a gripping courtroom drama where much is at stake. In this interactive live theatre show, you take on the role of a juror with the power to decide the verdict. Examine all the evidence, from witness testimonies to forensic data, and decide in the end: guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Are strobe lights used during the experience?
No, strobe lights are not used.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early and will do our best to accommodate you sitting side by side.

What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for Zone A, B, and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. You will also receive the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts—please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I book a ticket for my support person?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their support person. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us with the necessary documentation.
