About the experience
What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. No entry will be permitted after the show starts.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zoneselectected at ticket purchase.
Is food served?
Yes, there is a café at the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, participants can take photos and record the experience. However, we ask that you remain respectful of other audience members and performers, and avoid using flash.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
About tickets
What are the different types of tickets?
Half-price, Social Entrance, and Full-price for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price according to its proximity to the stage.
What is the difference between Full-price and Social Entrance tickets?
Full-price: the standard ticket for the event, available to anyone.
Social Entrance: also available to anyone, no proof required. Includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) or at www.feverup.com. Tickets are not sold at the venue.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or in an email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Yes. Customers who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the supporting documentation.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and companions, low-income young people, and teachers from the public and municipal networks. Supporting documentation is required to access the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

At Teatro CIEE, located at Rua Dom Pedro II, 861 - São João, Porto Alegre - RS, 90550-141.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Everyone must be 12 or older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is this venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Zones A and B. Ask a member of our team for guidance when you arrive.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available, subject to availability.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
