Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts – contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred, and no documentation is required to claim it).
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID for help.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated within your purchased zone; late entry isn't permitted under any circumstances.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church, 100 NE Mizner Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33432, right in the center of Boca Raton and accessible by bus, rideshare, on foot, or by car.

No, there is no food or drink available at this venue.
Is parking available?
Parking near St. Gregory's Episcopal Church includes limited street parking and paid metered parking in the church's lot. Since parking is limited, we recommend arriving early or using a rideshare service.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, all guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I request a free pass for my caretaker?
Yes. Guests who require assistance can apply for one free pass for their caretaker after purchasing a valid ticket – just contact us for more information.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable – all sales are final.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Yes, but only during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please also keep your phone on silent throughout the performance.
