Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket, which lets you request a refund (minus a 10% fee) or an exchange up to 48 hours before the event starts, subject to availability. Otherwise, exchanges for another date and/or time are also permitted up to 48 hours before your original event, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (Mezzanine) offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, and Zone C good visibility.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts around 60 minutes.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

It takes place indoors, at the Granada Theater.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase, but no food is sold inside the theater area. Pre and post-show dining reservations, offering Spanish-inspired fare with a New World fusion, are available at the Uptown Lobby Dining next door; book ahead and allow enough time if you plan to dine before the show.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available at the Seven Points Parking Garage across the street or the Rainbow surface lot, and street parking is also available along both 31st Street and Hennepin Avenue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is ADA compliant: the ground level and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Please note that the mezzanine seating (Zone A) is not wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up. All sales are final.
