Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who purchase the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect yours at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed picture with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without collecting your picture, we will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
The venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons. In that case, you will receive a refund for the photo experience you purchased.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Every Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
