Tickets are available for the Center, Left Wing, and Right Wing sections of The Josephine Theatre.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?

It lets you request a refund or exchange if you can't attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the experience, with no documentation required — note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. You'll receive a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the option, or a voucher of equal value for an exchange (valid only for the same experience). Contact us here to request your refund.

How long is the experience, and when do doors open?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
