Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience (contact us with your ticket ID). No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket was purchased for this event.
How long does the experience last?
The concert will be about 1 hour long. Doors open 45 minutes prior to the start time, and we encourage guests to arrive at least 30 minutes early. No late entry is permitted once the performance starts.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within each zone. You'll be able to look at the museum exhibits during door times, but not after the performance starts.
Is food or drink served?
Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase onsite at the San Diego Natural History Museum.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available (roughly $5-8 for verified San Diego residents, $10-16 for non-residents). The Inspiration Point lot on Park Blvd offers easy access via the free tram, and there are several smaller lots near the Museum. Valet parking is also offered in front of the House of Hospitality on most days (not Mondays). Parking for visitors with disabilities is available on the east and west sides of the building.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker, once they hold a valid ticket. Contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the museum is fully ADA accessible. It even provides wheelchairs for free, has handicap parking spaces, and offers several supportive features for physical or visual disabilities. Reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue with any questions.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended. The museum is located at 1788 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Yes, guests can leave to use the restroom. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you'll be let back in during breaks between songs to minimize disruption.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Contact us here if you plan to bring a service animal.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
