Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket — just show the QR code in the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) or in your purchase confirmation email at entry. You'll also find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the app, signed in with the same account you used to purchase — be sure to check your spam folder for the confirmation email too.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are offered; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it has started.
Will food or drinks be served?
No, there will be no food or drinks for sale at this venue.
Is parking available?
There is street parking close to the venue, and there are also parking garages within a few blocks.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The Orchestra zone has wheelchair accessibility, with limited seating available. If no accessible tickets are showing as available, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos without flash are only allowed at the end of the program, once the artist gives instructions — please also keep your phone on silent throughout.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into three seating zones: A, B, and C.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
No, all tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll provide a voucher code for the free carer ticket — you'll need to show this along with your ticket to enter.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you've purchased tickets in the same zone and arrive together — we recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Where is the venue and how do I get there?
St. John's Episcopal Church is located at 424 Washington St, Portsmouth, VA 23704, and is accessible by all modes of transport.
When should I arrive, and what if I'm late?
Check the opening time for your session on the sales page — concerts start on time and you must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you won't be allowed to enter and won't be refunded, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs — please let us know about a service dog in advance by contacting us.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, all candles are LED and flameless.
What happens if weather affects the show?
If weather conditions affect the performance — such as a change of venue or a postponement — you'll be notified by email in advance.
