Arrive a little early
Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.
Take your seat
Let the atmosphere draw you in before the first dancer takes the stage. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

What can I expect at the event?
Ballet of Lights shows let you discover styles of music and dance with an original and enchanting staging, in the heart of the city of Toulouse
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A (Parterre), Catégorie B (parterre), Catégorie C (Balcon devant), Catégorie D (balcon arrière), Catégorie E (balcon côtés), Catégorie PMR. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned room.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors spend an average of one hour at this experience.
Will more sessions be added?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will add more dates. Please check the event page for any information regarding availability and confirmed dates and times.
Will there be interaction with the dancers?
Although the dancers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying it!
Will merchandise be on sale?
There will be no merchandise on sale.
Where can I buy tickets?
From the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store; On the Fever website
Can I buy tickets on site?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased from the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you choose. Just click on “Transfer ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your e-tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same account you used when purchasing your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the start date of the event. If you would like to make a change, contact us and include the ID of your ticket(s) (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible and let you know the next steps. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please write to us at groups@feverup.com with your preferred dates and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that we can seat you correctly within the category you booked. Late arrivals are not permitted.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs permitted?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on the event premises. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying carers?
Visitors who require assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal carer. Please contact us with proof that you require a companion. Once received, we will send you a coupon that you can use to book a free ticket for your companion in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show your standard entry ticket together with your companion's ticket at the event entrance.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Restrooms will be available on site. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I use my camera during the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed, not even with your phone.
Is there a lost and found area?
We recommend asking the staff on site whether they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them, please contact us.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
