Discover the music of Phil Collins as you've never heard it before: a string quartet plays his songs live at Stan Mansion in Chicago, surrounded by the glow of candles. A Candlelight concert brings a live, multi-sensory musical experience to a remarkable setting.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueStan Mansion
The Stan Mansion in Chicago's Logan Square Historic District was originally a Masonic lodge for the Knights Templars. Cera Stan later purchased and restored the building, preserving its historic charm.

The mansion is surrounded by boulevards, roundabouts and one-way streets with ample permit-free street parking. We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to find free street parking on Kedzie Boulevard. Pay parking meters are also available on Fullerton Avenue.
Accessibility
Stan Mansion is not ADA compliant: guests are required to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the performance venue. If you have any questions, please reach out to hello@feverup.com or contact the venue directly.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total amount of the ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

How do I get to the venue?
You can drive to the venue or use public transport. The closest train stop is Logan Square (Blue Line) and the closest bus stop is Fullerton & Kedzie (bus 74).
Is there food served?
A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages is available for separate purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue, as long as they have not sold out. Guests who purchase the photo opportunity on the website together with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterward. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo opportunity.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo opportunity?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for the photo opportunity?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for the photo opportunity you purchased.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
