Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Biglietto standard. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

This experience is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. Seats are allocated in order of arrival. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated.

The venue is near Torino Dora station. It can be reached by several GTT bus lines and by car.
Are food and drinks available to buy on site?
Before the show you'll be able to buy drinks to enjoy during the show. Food is not available and cannot be brought into the hall.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Does the venue have disabled access?
The venue is on the ground floor, with no architectural barriers to reach the main show hall. There are no platform lifts or lifts to reach the balcony area.
Will there be toilets available on site?
Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our staff on site for directions. There are no toilets designated for people with reduced mobility. The building is protected by the Fine Arts authorities of Turin as a work by Molino, so no architectural changes that would allow a dedicated toilet to be installed are permitted.

There is a public car park near the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as our musicians will indicate.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

What happens if the weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, don't hesitate to contact us, giving your ticket ID.

There's no need to print your ticket, which will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
