Bubble Planet is an immersive experience that makes your dreams come true — colourful, surreal and made for all the senses. Journey through more than 10 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. Self-guided and perfect for families, friends and couples, it's around 60–90 minutes of playful wonder. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room — it's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages and snacks will be purchasable at the end of the experience.

Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there a Virtual Reality section?
Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers and please be considerate of the mirror-floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
An immersive experience with different rooms, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity.
How do I book a birthday celebration?
Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email. A minimum of 7 tickets is required, and you should always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so we can reserve the room exclusively for your celebration.
What's included in a Birthday ticket?
The Birthday ticket includes entry to the experience and the birthday room for your celebration. The VIP Birthday ticket adds virtual reality and a Bubble Planet poster.
How does the birthday celebration work on the day?
You'll have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes, then enjoy the self-guided Bubble Planet experience (approx. 60–90 minutes). The earliest you can be admitted to the room is 15 minutes before your booked time. Room capacity is 30 people.
Will a host be included?
Yes — a coordinator/birthday host assists the party throughout to make sure you have access to the room and your tickets.
Can I bring my own food, drink or decorations?
You're welcome to bring your own decorations (no tape on the walls) and your own cake and drink, though alcohol isn't permitted on-site.
Does everyone need a ticket, including for the birthday room?
Yes, everyone entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket, unless they're 3 years old or under. Tickets are non-refundable, so if you're unsure of numbers, book the minimum and add more attendees on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the birthday room?
Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are candles allowed?
No — candles are not permitted inside the attraction due to fire regulations.
