It was a wonderful experience listening to the musicians play the Beatles.. My only suggestion is possibly to have the players speak up when they are telling the audience about their next set.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how does it work?
It allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed to claim your refund. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors.
Is food or drink served at the venue?
No, there is no food or drink available at the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on site.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types, and are the seats cushioned?
There are three zones: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility). Not all seats are cushioned, but cushions will be available for purchase when checking in at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
How do I get to the venue?
St. Boniface Episcopal Church is at 5615 Midnight Pass Rd, Sarasota, FL 34242. From Sarasota, take Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) south to Siesta Drive (signposted for Siesta Key) and turn right; follow Siesta Drive west over the drawbridge, where it becomes Higel Ave at a sharp left. Bear left at the next light and continue on Midnight Pass Road for about 1.5 miles; St. Boniface is on the left shortly after you pass St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack purchased online?
It must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or picked up on site) are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
Do I have to wear a mask?
All attendees are encouraged to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
