FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, transferring tickets is free. In the Fever app, tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket. For further help, contact us through the support form (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and include your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. Contact us through the support form (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with your ticket ID, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the app. You can also check the Tickets section of the app: if an exchange is available, you'll see an "Exchange date and/or time" button.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, as set out in Fever's Terms and Conditions. As an alternative, you can buy the Flexible Cancellation add-on.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket? Can I get a refund then?
Yes, as long as you request the cancellation through the support form (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Once a ticket has been transferred to another user, it can no longer be refunded.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's a photo add-on available only to ticket buyers: a personalized photo session in a designated area and a single instant Polaroid-style print to keep as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?
Yes, as long as it hasn't sold out. Guests who add it online at checkout get priority over those who buy it at the venue. Purchases at the venue are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to have time for your photo.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your favorite photo before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit. Photos can't be kept for later, so collect yours before you leave: if you leave the venue without it, it can't be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you're inside.
What is the "Candles 3-Pack"?
It's a set of three premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a Candlelight concert.
What is the policy for Candles 3-Packs purchased online?
Candles 3-Packs bought online are picked up at the venue on the day of the event. Because they are tied to that event's date and location, they are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The room is divided into zones according to the view of the stage. Staff assign seats at the entrance, first come first served, within the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and staff will try to seat your group together.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No. Tickets are sold only in the Fever app and on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals are not admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. Contact us through the support form (https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to receive a voucher you can use in the Fever app to get the free carer ticket, subject to availability.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
A selection of drinks will be available for purchase.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you must stay in your seat during the performance unless there is an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all the candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the whole performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, as the musicians indicate, and always without flash.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
We aim to keep everyone comfortable, but the temperature may vary with the season, so dress accordingly.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects the event, for example with a change of location or a postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
