Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible for this ticket type; different conditions apply to Flexible Refund tickets (see next question).
What is the Flexible Refund ticket and how do I request a refund?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note that the refund entitlement is lost if the ticket is transferred to another person.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food and drink available?
No, there is no drink service available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue has its own parking: the P7 Congressforum car park at Congressforum Frankenthal.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. After purchasing your ticket, send us the corresponding proof; we will then provide you (subject to availability) with a voucher for the free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please show both your regular ticket and the companion ticket at entry.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Spiegelsaal (Mirror Hall) of the Congressforum Frankenthal (Stephan-Cosacchi-Platz 5, 67227 Frankenthal).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, take the RE/RB to Frankenthal station, just 650 m from the Congressforum (a few minutes' walk). By car: coming from Mannheim/Landau, via the Oggersheim motorway junction, take exit no. 7 onto the B9 towards Frankenthal, then take the Frankenthal-Studernheim/Süd exit; from Kaiserslautern and Mainz, take motorway exit no. 22 towards Frankenthal and follow signs towards the town centre/Congressforum.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available on site; they must be purchased before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue; pets are not permitted.
