Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

What different ticket types are there?

There are tickets for the Gallery (1st and 2nd row) as well as Zones A, B, C and D. A welcome drink is included with every ticket type.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds available?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the start of your experience — please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances for standard tickets (see our T&Cs for more information).

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

With it, you can get a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required — please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Contact us here to request your refund.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their companion. Send us the relevant proof after purchasing your own ticket, and we'll provide a voucher to buy the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets on arrival.

Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?

At Cavallo Königliche Reithalle, Dragonerstraße 34, 30163 Hannover. The venue is easy to reach by car or public transport (stop: Dragonerstraße).

Is food and drink available?

Drinks are available on site, and a welcome drink is included in your ticket price.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available on site.

Does the venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is generally wheelchair accessible. Please note that the Gallery seating rows (1st and 2nd row) are not wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
