Celebrate Christmas at a Candlelight concert at the Four Seasons Hotel Prague. A string quartet will perform Christmas classics live, from traditional carols to festive pop hits, in a space illuminated by hundreds of candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What types of tickets are available?
Tickets for zones A, B and C are on sale.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or at www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my assistant or companion?
Guests who need assistance during the concert can request one free ticket for their personal assistant. Guests must have a valid ticket before applying. After purchasing your ticket, please contact us and attach proof of disability.
Is there a minimum age?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the tickets section of the Fever app (available to download on the App Store or Google Play). Log in the same way you did when you made your purchase. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the event starts. If you need to do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.

How do I get there?
The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is just a few steps from Charles Bridge, on the banks of the Vltava River. Nearest stop: Staroměstská. Bus: 120, 133, 180, 190, 207. Train: R21. Metro: A. Tram: 12, 17, 18, 27.
Is food served at the venue?
No, no food will be available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring an animal with me?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

There is no public parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the last song, without flash, following the musicians' instructions.

Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the other attendees, you won't be able to leave your seat during the concert, except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts right on time and attendees must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the other attendees.
What happens if the event is affected by weather?
If weather affects your event in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. To make sure we can seat you together, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the start. Tickets are valid for specific zones, and moving to another zone to sit together is not possible.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to any other Fever account directly from your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
