What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.

How long does it last, and are seats numbered?

About 1 hour. Seats aren't assigned; seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select.

Is there sensitive content I should be aware of? Will there be strobe lights?

Yes. This experience explores mature themes that may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict. No strobe lights are used.

About your tickets

What are the different ticket types?

Front Rows (best visibility, ~4 rows, with a chance to be part of the trial as Jury Foreperson), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (fair visibility).

Where can I get tickets, and can I buy at the venue?

Only via the Fever app or feverup.com; tickets are not sold at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets, or find a lost ticket?

Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Your QR code ticket is also in the app's Tickets section and your confirmation email; contact support if you still can't find it.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds under any circumstances. Date/time exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before showtime, subject to availability, by contacting support.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, just show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free companion pass after purchasing a valid ticket, by contacting support with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, sight-impairment evidence, CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID).

Is the venue accessible, and is there an age requirement?

The stage is equipped with wheelchair accessibility and assisted seating. This event is 12+; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and needs their own ticket.

When should I arrive, and what if I'm late?

Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late entry is not permitted, to avoid disrupting the show.

Where is the venue, and is it indoor or outdoor?

Is parking available?

Paid parking ($2/hr) is available in the City structure across the street (entrance off 13th Street), with a limited number of free spaces at the County Court lot at 13th Street and All American Way. ADA-placard holders can park directly in front of the venue.

Are service animals allowed, and can I bring outside food or drink?

Service dogs are welcome; other pets are not. Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted, and there is no smoking or vaping inside the venue.

Other venue facilities?

On-site restrooms and air conditioning are available. Guests may take photos and record after the final verdict (no flash), and lost belongings can be reported by calling the venue at 714-793-1150.

The experience was fun! I liked how the audience was able to interact with the decisions made during the trial. I just wish it were longer than 90 minutes

Although my wife and I wished it was a bit longer with more elaborate evidence, we really enjoyed the Jury Experience! It was fun, funny, very well put together. We hope there will be more experiences to enjoy!
