What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused's fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
Can I purchase drinks or food on-site?
Drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Food is not available on-site.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered? Will I be seated?
Seats are not numbered - seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket. This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call, without flash. Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance.
Can I leave my seat during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What items are prohibited, and can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Other prohibited items include audio recording devices, drugs and drug paraphernalia, flammables, torches, lasers, professional cameras, promotional items or unauthorized solicitations, and selfie sticks/tripods.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (good visibility, further up), and Zone C (fair visibility, behind Zone B, further up still).
Can I buy a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on-site. All tickets must be bought via the app or website before arriving.
Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free personal assistant/support worker pass. Contact us for a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability), and show the regular ticket together with it at entry.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date/time changes are permitted, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your start time - contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, transfers to any other Fever account are free. Tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us with your ticket ID for help.
Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, logged in with the account used to purchase (your QR code is also in your confirmation email). No need to print - it's validated via the app on arrival.
