Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please sign in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email — nothing needs to be printed, just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to someone else free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please have your ticket order number ready, and contact us if you need further help.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To make a change, please contact us quoting your ticket ID, or go to your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section, where (if enabled) the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Are there tickets for caretakers/companions?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal caretaker. Please contact us with proof of your assistance needs. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase your free caretaker ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you must show your regular ticket together with the caretaker ticket at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and out of respect for the performers and the audience, latecomers will be denied entry.
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Historisches Kaufhaus Freiburg, Münsterplatz 24, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take lines 1, 2, 3 or 5 to "Bertoldsbrunnen", just a few minutes' walk from Münsterplatz. By car: from the north/south via the A5 Frankfurt–Basel motorway, exit Freiburg-Mitte (around 10 minutes to the old town); from the east via the A81 Stuttgart–Singen and B31 towards the old town. By bike: a Frelo bike-share station is located 400 m away at Karlsplatz.
Is there parking available?
There's no dedicated parking right at the Historisches Kaufhaus, as it sits in the pedestrian zone of the city centre. Parking is available in nearby multi-storey car parks, such as the Schlossberggarage, just a short walk away.
Is there food and drink available on site?
No, there is no food or drink for sale on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this venue; service animals are welcome.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all candles used are flameless LED candles.
Can I use my mobile phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, and without flash.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Please arrive in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (such as a venue change or postponement), we'll of course notify you in advance by email.
