On the day How it works

Arrive 15 minutes early
Check in at reception 15 minutes before your session; late entry is not permitted. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little paint on.
Race through five rooms
Solve puzzles and tackle physical challenges as a team.
Finish with a paint blast
Protective gear is provided, and lockers are available for your belongings.

What can I expect from the event?

Glow or Go is a fast-paced, team-based adventure where your group restores color to a world that has lost it, through challenges that test your reflexes, brainpower and teamwork.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is in the Tickets section of the Fever app, and the QR code is in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge, with Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts 75 minutes.

Where is the experience located?

At the Beverly Center, 8500 Beverly Blvd, Suite 656, Los Angeles, CA 90048, on the 6th floor next to Macy's.

Will food and beverages be available?

Food and beverages are not sold at the event, but there are several dining options in the mall.

Is there a dress code? Can my clothes get dirty?

Closed-toe shoes are required and comfortable athletic clothing is encouraged. Protective gear is provided for the paint finale, and lockers are available.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available.

How many people is the activity for?

Groups of 2 to 8 can book tickets directly. Groups of 9 or more should contact the venue through the group booking form.

Can kids play? Is there an age requirement?

Participants must be at least 51 inches tall. Under 13s need an adult (18+). Kids-only groups must all be 13+, with a parent or guardian on site. Everyone signs a safety waiver.

Will there be strobe lights?

No strobe lights, but there are theatrical lights, video screens and other visual effects.
