What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To change, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?
Contact Fever customer support to get your Flexible Refund Ticket refunded.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Helsingør Theater (Den Gamle By): Viborgvej 2, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark.
How do I get to the venue?
You can reach the venue by public transport, by car, by bike or on foot. The entrance is via Teaterporten (the old main entrance), not through the main entrance: please note that it is different from the entrance previously used at Den Gamle By. Once the performance ends, guests exit through the Green Gate.
Is there food served?
Food is not available at the venue. Guests can buy bottled spring water via MobilePay. Only bottled water is permitted inside the theatre.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
This venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is no organised parking at the venue.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
