Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. Contact us with proof of the need for a carer ticket; once received, we'll send a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your own ticket to enter.

Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (okay visibility). Seating within each zone is first come, first served.

A unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll be photographed in a specially designated area and receive one printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake per purchase.

Photos can be bought on-site while stock lasts (card payment only), though online bookings are given priority. Your photo is taken before the event, with the photo session ending 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit — please don't forget to pick it up, as photos can't be kept or refunded afterwards.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up on-site — all sales are final.
