Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are permitted unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on. With that option, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts for a full refund (minus the 10% add-on fee), or request an exchange voucher for a new date/time of the same experience. No documentation is required.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app. Note that a Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the experience indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating within your booked zone.
Is food or drink available?
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer & wine) are available for additional purchase in the gathering room; beverages are not permitted inside the music hall. Food is not available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Resurrection MCC has a free parking lot on site. There's also a bus stop right in front of the venue if you prefer public transportation.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, Resurrection MCC is ADA compliant.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. Contact us with proof of the need for a carer ticket; once received, we'll send a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your own ticket to enter.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (okay visibility). Seating within each zone is first come, first served.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
A unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll be photographed in a specially designated area and receive one printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake per purchase.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" at the venue, and when do I get my photo?
Photos can be bought on-site while stock lasts (card payment only), though online bookings are given priority. Your photo is taken before the event, with the photo session ending 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit — please don't forget to pick it up, as photos can't be kept or refunded afterwards.
What's the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up on-site — all sales are final.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Wearing a mask is encouraged but not required. This policy is subject to change.
